God expects what he deserves Malachi 1 : 6
The emerging trend in today's society is the digital culture. One of the missing links in this digital socialization is personal intimacy. However, in the Bible God has showed the personal intimacy with us that he is our father.
This personal intimacy was at stake in Malachi's generation. Thus, God is asking them " If I am your father, where is the honour due to me? If I am your master, where is the respect due to me? Even in this digital generation this same question needs to be answered by all.
" As surely as I live, says the Lord, every knee will bow before me; every tongue will confess to God." Therefore, God is to be honoured in heart and life, by words and action, and with all we have. Whatever we do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the father through him.
